Implemented various updates and fixes to improve efficiency and performance, and prevent crashing.

Updates include:

• better memory pre-allocation in SDR's _accumulate_buffers_callback
• standardized dynamic parameters update methods
• standardized error messages
• improved resource cleanup
• improved tx stability
• removed hard coded limits
